Full Description: Tropical Hotel nestled on a small bluff overlooking the sparkling cool-azure ocean and just a two minute stroll from one of the finest beaches in all of the Dominican Republic and one block from the center of the small, rustic-fishing village at the north-eastern tip of the Samana peninsula.

All units are furnished and in good operating condition. There are ceiling and circulating fans throughout and all but one room has hot water. The facility has satellite TV (installed Oct.'05) with one receiver located in the restaurant bar and one receiver in the owner's room. The owner's room is fully furnished with a queen-sized double bed, chairs, 2 shelf units, closet, a large computer work station/desk with 2 phone lines, air conditioning and separate bathroom with hot water shower. The hotel also boasts a 50-seat restaurant/ bar with an excellent reputation and wonderful ocean views.

Currently the hotel is only open during the height of the tourist season during which time there is an excellent occupancy rate with many return guests.

With a new international airport set to open November 1, 2006 and a new direct highway to Santo Domingo slated to open shortly thereafter, the Samana peninsula will be poised to become the next major tourist destination of the Dominican Republic.
