 Lyle
Burke - President
As President of Resort Pathways, Lyle is an expert on the expatriate way of life. He has learned his appreciation of multi-cultural environments by most recently living for four years in the Caribbean Bay Islands, then prior to that, he worked in an Inupiat Eskimo village in the Arctic Circle and several locations in Middle East. For the last few years Lyle has successfully introduced many investors to areas in the Caribbean basin and Central America. He formed Resort Pathways as a way to share his passion for discovery and investment with like minded people. Lyle is married and the proud father of two teenage daughters.
Richard Frizzell - Marketing Coordinator
With over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial
real estate, Richard provides knowledge and assistance when
analyzing real estate from an investment or lifestyle perspective.
He has sold hotels, restaurants and business opportunities
in Colorado and in Venice, Florida, where he now resides.
He loves to kayak, scuba and collect fossils in his spare
time. He also has an extensive collection of rather garish
Hawaiian shirts to remind him that, as Nikita Kruschev said..."Life
is short-live it up".
 Helma
Godell - Research
One of Tropical Pathways Tour Coordinators, she is originally
from the Netherlands. Helma has lived and traveled extensively
in Europe and currently resides in Pennsylvania, where she
is a decorative artist. She frequently travels to the Caribbean
and Central America, where she, her husband, and two sons
enjoy scuba diving, sport fishing, and exploration. Helma's
extensive research on living, investing, and retiring abroad,
make her ideally suited for her position with Resort Pathways.

Hasz - IT
Steve Hasz is a consultant for Resort Pathways in the field
of information technology and Internet marketing. In addition
to operating www.roatanet.com,
a portal for Roatan and the Bay Islands, and www.Travel-to-Honduras.com,
he has lived and worked in the Caribbean and Central America
for over a decade.
