Full Description: This eco-environment resort/hotel is a place like no where else.
It is located just 5 miles off the Cristo Rey road and near the Santa Elena town.
The property has been primed for an upscale resort and there are many extras included, a 17 gallon per minute well, fully functioning solar system, 6.5 kilowatt diesel generator, and much more. There is a beautifully appointed open air thatch dining room with full service restaurant, an outdoor stone kitchen with thatch roof, stone BBQ, and a combination office and gift shop. There are also satellite dished for TV and Internet.
There are presently 5 very nice cabanas. All have private baths with hot water. Two of the cabanas are concrete with thatch roofs and 3 are cabin style made of local hard woods. Four of the cabanas are privately nestled in the jungle and the fifth is backing up to the bush with spectacular views in front.
The main house 20'x30' with a 6' veranda and a 20'x20' deck and is made of local hard woods with cathedral ceiling, hard wood cabinets, tiled bathroom and perfect for owners or you can use it as a family rental.
The grounds have been beautifully landscaped with approximately 4 acres of gardens and recreation area. There are several well groomed nature trails which connect and lead to some of the areas of special interest on the property, including some of the many very old trees, the all year creek with falls as well as the river with its wide sandy beach.
