With a true tropical feel, they are all colourful, with spacious bathrooms, cable TV, fridges and a veranda to the front where you can benefit from the views and breezes while relaxing on a hammock. All suites offer a/c and full kitchen and sleep between 4 to 7 people.
The property measures 50ft along the water and stretches 308ft back and comes with a 175ft dock which has hammocks and chairs for guest to enjoy and a nice swimming area at the end.
The beach is well looked after with white sand overlooking the second largest barrier reef in the world.
There is a space on the property which gives you the option to add another rental, or just put a pool or restaurant or bar, plus do to the low density many more units could be added on current footprint if desired – the options are there!
The property is well maintained and all the electrical, plumbing, septic and water supply have been updated to North American Standards.
This is truly a turnkey operation with everything included. The staff and on site manager are happy to continue if required. The current owners take trips away and spend time abroad so would also suit anyone who did not plan on spending all their time on the island.
